Details

・With the use of conductive PEEK material attachment on the bellows rubber pad,
　 static electricity can be prevented, and oil will not be left on the work.
・Prevent the work from contacting the rubber material, and stop transition of the oil
　 oozing out of the rubber material.
・With combination with bellows pad, scratches on the work can be decreased.
・Applications: Suction process of semiconductor and FPD devices.
